Jhon Barrasa, Roel, Pete are mangers at Payne. They have not helped me fix my trucks. It has been over 2 months. I have spent over $25 thousand dollars and they still can not find out what is wron They have not helped me fix my trucks. It has been over 2 months. I have spent over $25 thousand dollars and they still can not find out what is wrong with my vehicles. So they told me to take them home. I had to take it to another mechanic and found out right away what was wrong with my truck. At Payne there mechanic had cut some wires from the electrical harness and just solder them and put black electrical tape to cover it up. They also needed to replace a fuel injector #7 but did not replace it. I payed for all the work but nothing was done to my vehicles I have not been able to work for over 2 months and I use my truck to work. I’m so disappointed in this Payne GMC . I do not recommend any one to bring their vehicles to get service at Payne GMC. More
