We don't buy new cars often and when we do, we research our purchase thoroughly. We had pretty much made up our mind that we were going to purchase a new Sienna when we decided that we should give the Odys our purchase thoroughly. We had pretty much made up our mind that we were going to purchase a new Sienna when we decided that we should give the Odyssey a look. Vito DeMario was the salesperson we worked with at Napleton. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and kept pointing out the different features of the car that eventually steered us toward buying the Odyssey. Vito was also very patient with us, and not pushy at all, while we were weighing all of our options. Vito was assisted by Russ, the new cars sales manager, who helped put together the package we wanted. He was very open and more than fair about the price and the options we requested. These two gentlemen, in particular, are the people who are responsible for changing our mind to go ahead and purchase the Odyssey. It has only been a week, but we are thrilled with our car and we can see that it is very thoughtfully planned out to the smallest details. The controls are easy to locate and the personal settings are easy to set up. Because we have four children whom we are always driving to and from school and activities, it is very important to us to have a reliable and safe vehicle, and we are very happy with our purchase. We have already recommended Vito and Russ to friends of ours who are looking into purchasing a Pilot. More
We found it very easy to deal with the staff, as a whole, at Napleton Honda. The employees we dealt with were personable, knowledgeable, willing to answer the same question numerous times, not pushy or obnox at Napleton Honda. I think everybody won, or at least your guys were so good that you achieved the great intangible goal of making us feel like we won, even though Napleton certainly did OK for itself that day. Some very good sales lines, I might add, that were not too trite or salesman-ish, plus I thought that making a fresh batch of popcorn as we did the final haggling on the deal was a nice subliminal touch. Also, it was nice to be able to get a can of pop for less than .75 One suggestion: I know Napleton has space problems, but it would be nice if there was a wall or screen in the men's room that would prevent the captive audience in the service area from seeing men do their standup business. It would be a nice courtesy for all involved. More

I have been looking at different cars especially the Honda product for the past 3 months. I came to the dealership because it had the color and trim level I wanted. Garvey's approach was great. His approach was simply to show us how great the car was, rather than a sales only mentality. Everyone was very clear, and intereted in what we wanted and didn't want. Mohammad uproached is in an award fashion. He introduced himself, but only wanted to know what we were willing to pay.
