I believe the friendliness could of been a bit better if the person that tried selling me accessories for my new purchase was less aggressive. Felt like I was being threatened that if I didn't buy anything on the spot, I wasn't going to be able to come within a week if I had changed my mind. If this hadn't been the case, I would of rated friendliness and overall experience as great. The price, of course like many buyers, they want a reasonable price for what they want to buy. Overall my experience was okay, but not perfect. I originally saw the car I wanted online. When we went into look at the car we noticed a dent so I was iffy on buying the car. I asked the internet sales person if the dent could be fixed before I purchased the car. She informed me that I would need to come in and talk to the used car manager and if I bought the car they would fix the dent. I was not happy about that, by I agreed and was given a "WE OWE" slip saying they would fix the dent. After hashing out all the details of the contract we noticed a destination fee of $700. We were told this fee was a maintenance fee for cleaning and gassing up the car. I learned later that was a lie and that fee is only applicable on new cars. So I was not happy about that either. I called a couple weeks later to make an appointment for fixing the dent and was told to bring it in and that it would be fixed in a day. I brought the car in and received a text message from my salesperson who told me that my car would not be ready till Saturday. Three days without a car and three days to fix a tiny dent. I had to pay for a rental because the manager said they only provide courtesy cars for people who buy New cars. Finally got my car back but my last impression was not a good one. More

We ran into a few speed bumps during the dealing when we realized almost at the end that the car was not 4 wheel drive. Neal and Russ were extremely quick to react and help and accommodate us. They found a similar car and helped us arrange to look at that one and make it easy to decide to purchase it without any hassle. They even arranged for us to have a car for two days while we waited for the other car to get back to the dealership. Then they were very helpful with figuring out the best financial plans for me along with being very explanatory when i had questions(and i had a lot). We were there extremely late on a Monday filling out the paperwork and Nick was still energetic and kind and worked well with us...and he still had about 3 more people to work with after us. He did not make us feel rushed or anything. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car!! More
