I first contacted the dealership thru the internet and was quickly responded to by Joseph Valesh. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in and we able to complete the transaction of the purchase of my new 2013 honda pilot that day. I feel I got a great deal on the pilot and a fair price for my 2008 cr-v that I traded in. A few days later I realized I had left an important part of my life in the headliner of my trade.(mass card for my mothers funeral). I contacted the dealer and spoke to mario in the used car dept. within ten minutes of receiving my call he recontacted me with the great news that a porter by the name of Garret had found the my mother's mass card and he would send it in the mail. We were looking for a used pilot or maybe new. Ended up purchasing a new 2012 pilot/ The only problem was it did have a broken seat, which they said they would fix/replace.\ And we wanted to add some fea purchasing a new 2012 pilot/ The only problem was it did have a broken seat, which they said they would fix/replace.\ And we wanted to add some features that were not on the car. So we have to make another trip to get the car , which is a 4-5 hour drive. The worst problem we had was having to wait to pay for our car, it seemed like hours, after we decided which car we wanted. Probably around 3 hours to check out of that place and we had that long drive back home (which they knew about) And after we got in to see the person, all he did was talk about a extra warranty he wanted us to purchase, and then we paid the $2,000 for the extras, and we were done, (We are doing the real purchasing of the car when we get in on Sat. Nov. 10. ) So I hope when we get up there on Sat. that we can buy our car and be out of there in 1 hour or less, so we can make the trip back home. Our saleman Joe was very helpful and nice! He showed us everything we wanted to see and drive, and told us everything about the car! I would recommend him to everyone! I still think the price could be better. They don't tell you about all the extra things you have to pay for on the sticker price! More

We agreed to price after negotiations.I had two kids with me and we were there for about 3 hours.Tired of waiting I couldn't wait to be done with financing.Signed paper work and left home. It was evening so me and we were there for about 3 hours.Tired of waiting I couldn't wait to be done with financing.Signed paper work and left home. It was evening so we went sleep. Next day I looked again at the paperwork and noticed that I was charged $509 over that what we agreed to.My fault was that I have trusted the F&I guy and wasn't paying attention to what he does. Now I know that I wan't purchase any more cars from that dealership and also working in sales I will make sure that everyone of my customers or friends wan't buy it . Would not recommend this dealership . More
