We faced with unforeseen issue during purchase of new Honda Fit on this dealership. On final documents we found out price higher that was agreed. No car guy sales pitches or games. This was very smooth and very quick. I was very happy and would do highly recommend Steve again. I am going to squeeze the life out of my other car and when its about to die, I will be looking towards Steve and his staff for some help on the next car. This place is super clean, lots to choose from and you are treated very well. Vito was also a big help as well. More
Usually, I give Ed Napleton Honda a top rating. They are exceptional, in my opinion as far as how women are treated. I have shopped other dealerships where they want to take advantage of us thinking we are gullible. Today, I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for my 5,000 mile service. I arrived 5 minutes early, went in as the door was opened. I felt berated by the head technician who pointed at the door said "we are not opened, go out sit with your car, wait until we are open". Just his tone of voice I thought he was a bit rude. I picked up the car after service, drove it down the street, the right front passenger tire was completely flat. He said that I "must have run over a nail". It turned out to be these gas saver caps I put on 3 months ago. I wish I could have gotten a refund as after removal, they apparently caused the flat. I got to Walmart, Bridgeview, thank God I bought windshield washer w/ de-icer as I had no washer fluid in the reservoir tank. When serviced they are supposed to check all of that. Usually, never a problem, but today seemed to be a bad day for me. More

I walked into Ed Napleton Honda on 95th Street in Oak Lawn, Il with the motive to just look around and check out the new Accord Coupes. No intent to buy, but then i met a gentleman named Steve I. He informed me about a bunch of different financing options and customization options for the new Accord. Needless to say, I left with a Brand New Accord and I LOVE IT! My wife and I love the luxury feel and sportiness of the car. We feel like we are in a 20's again! If it wasnt for Steve's knowledge, kindness, patience and personability, I would still be driving my hoopty!! Thanks again Steve! More
I was quoted a price online for a used vehicle. It was followed up with several emails verifying the appointment date & time. Upon arrival, I met with a salesman who started figuring a payment amount bas followed up with several emails verifying the appointment date & time. Upon arrival, I met with a salesman who started figuring a payment amount based on the original price of the vehicle. When I asked about this difference in pricing, he brought his sales manager Mario to the desk. Mario stated that I had a problem because he couldn't sell the vehicle for the price that I was quoted. I thought it was more "his" problem than mine, however the end result was that he wouldn't sell the vehicle for what his salesperson quoted me. After my husband & I both took the day off work to drive 2 hours each way to this dealership to purchase this vehicle, we were very upset. We had the cash in hand to make the purchase that day, but Mario wouldn't budge. The next day, he had the nerve to email and call me - asking if there were any questions that I had about the vehicle. He seemed to have forgotten all about us walking out of the dealership the day before because he would not honor the price they quoted. We even called the general manager, but he was not very interested in assisting us. After stopping at another Honda dealership, we learned that was a common problem at Ed Napleton Honda...they either won't honor the price they quoted or they "no longer have the vehicle" when you show up. I would not go back to this dealership if they were the only Honda dealership in the midwest. More
Found the vehicle on cargurus.com, received an email and phone call response from Deedee the next morning. She confirmed the vehicle's availabilty and sent me email links to the credit application. We drove an hour to the dealer and were pleased to find the vehicle matching the description. We test drove the vehicle with Dave and knew we had found "the one" with an excellent price after a summer long search that included visits to 9 dealerships and test driving of 7 cars. We sat down to talk numbers and were discouraged when the long list of taxes and fees were added on. The financing options offered were not acceptable and we left empty handed. Before we left, Mario promised to work on the financing the next day and to contact us if there were any developments. We were thrilled to get the call the next day indicating that they could get the monthly price down to our comfort zone. They went to bat for us with the banks and the end result was a deal! We came back the next day to sign the papers. They had all the forms prepared and the car detailed. We got there at 7pm and were out the door at 8:30. An hour and a half is pretty good! The dealership itself was pretty standard. Nothing fantastic. Coffee in a styrofoam cup kind of place but I'd rather an awesome deal and nice people than fancy lattes and snacks. Kudos to Deedee for her followup, Dave for his help during the process and Mario and Russ for their help with the financing. More
