Great Experience I had been researching Honda Pilots for almost three months. We came across a 2012 EX-L that fit our price range at Napleton Honda. We pulled up, and I had been researching Honda Pilots for almost three months. We came across a 2012 EX-L that fit our price range at Napleton Honda. We pulled up, and Pete the new guy, greeted us. After a test drive, which Pete was very knowledgeable, Tony Martisek came over and helped Pete with the small details. He was very helpful as well. Even the finance manager, Frank Alramli, was VERY helpful showing us line by line what we were signing for and what we were getting for our money. Overall It was a great car buying experience. More

I met Gerald my sales person about a year ago while I was standing outside of the service department at Ed Napleton. I was having my 2011 CRV serviced and he notice that I had seat covers on my bucket seats standing outside of the service department at Ed Napleton. I was having my 2011 CRV serviced and he notice that I had seat covers on my bucket seats. He said to me make sure you have the proper seat covers so that your airs bags will function if you have an accident. I thought that was nice of him. I thanked him and he gave me his card. Well I kept that card for a year. I went to the dealership 3/21/14 to have my radio programed. I had been thinking about buying a new car. I ask for Gerald, his colleagues call him GG. I just wanted to say hello. What I liked about GG was there was never any pressure from him to buy a new car. I needed to find out the code to program my radio and maybe look at a new CRV, still no pressure from him to buy a new car. Long story short after a test drive I was in love with my 2014 CRV. That same evening I was introduce to the finance manager Nick Samhan. He was very patience and nice. It was now 12 a.m. and these guys were still pleasant. Gerald and Nick are the best! I felt like a member of their family. I've purchase 2 other new cars in the past years from ED Napleton. I guess that's why I keep coming back! ED Napleton is the best.... They are beyond a 5 star rating! More
I was working with Tony Chippas, looking for a used Honda. However I could not find used Honda in the color I wanted, yellow. I really appreciate that the Used Car Manager was willing to help me with different scenarios until I found the right car for me! I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Honda CRV. It is beautiful. Everyone at the store was so nice, especially Wally who showed me the ins and outs of the car. Wally was very patient and informative, explaining all the great features. He was a real sweetheart! Tony was a pleasure to work with. I am a very happy customer! More
These guys are good. They know what they're doing and they know who they're dealing with. I am 100% confident that they did whatever they could to get me into the vehicle I went to see, but the numb and they know who they're dealing with. The used car manager talked to to me like a guy, he was honest, and tried to figure out a plan. Was it a show? I don't think so, but they put on a real good one if it was. The vehicle was smoked in. I knew it was, my wife knew it was, but they insisted it wasn't. This didn't make my wife happy in the slightest. To me though, eh, they're selling used cars. They're not perfect. You as THE BUYER are to know what you're buying is how I look at that. They contact you after you leave. A lot. By phone and email and it's almost nauseating how much they want to help. Guys, I'm looking for something specific. I'm not going to buy something I don't want just because it's at your delership. You need to understand that there's those types of buyers in the world. More

I visited this dealership to check out a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on cars.com. Right when I walked in Matt came up to me and was excited to help me look at and drive the Jeep.
