Unbeknownst to me, James had laid the ground work for me to get a new car. While test driving my soon to be automobile, Gerald offered practical and important information. He anticipated my questions and offered answers before I could ask them. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was not pushy. After I made my decision, Gerald made the process so much smoother and easier to traverse. Gerald was extremely thorough, making sure the windows were fingerprint free, the keys worked, and the plates where taken off my old car. He also made sure I was aware of the advantages of purchasing a vehicle from Napleton in Oak Lawn. Gerald made my buying experience pleasurable. I would definitely refer my friends to Gerald. More

I chose the car I wanted, they gave me what I needed for my trade in and I was in and out in a couple of hours from start to finish. My salesperson, Christian was fantastic and informative and helped me transfer my things. He showed me how to use all of the "fancy" new things on my van and made sure that I knew how to set everything up before I left the dealership. The Sales manager, Russ was fantastic and Tony in finance was not scary at all- he was informative and helpful and not pushy. I am so glad that I did not have to waste time shopping around, I went straight to Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn and bought exactly what I wanted. LOVE my minivan! More

I called the 1800 number and was transferred to a woman by the name of Katrina West. She was very unknowledgeable about the vehicle I was inquiring about. She had a horrible and snotty attitude which made me not want to come in. I just can't believe this dealership has such ignorant representatives talking to new customers in such a way. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. I ended up going to Honda City where I bought my beautiful Pilot Touring for a great price!! More

After test drive and price negotiation I agreed to purchase a used 2013 Toyota Avalon and I agreed to pay for the car, Title fees and taxes only, but I refused to purchase any additional warranties or service packages and I made it very clear from the beginning. But when I was signing the final paperwork, I noticed that they added $910 to the final price of the car, so when I brought it into their attention, they tried to convince me that they were losing money on this deal because their purchasing agent made a mistake and paid too much for the car in an auction, so in order to compensate for his mistake, they asked me to pay additional $910 and purchase Napleton service package, otherwise they wont sell the car. So I walked out and didn't purchase the car. I wont go to this dealership again. Very unethical and unprofessional people. More
