Went in on June 29, was told they had to put the car threw the shop for new tires and top fluids, lie. I had to call back to finally hear if the car was even there anymore. I got a TEXT back. Go to buy threw the shop for new tires and top fluids, lie. I had to call back to finally hear if the car was even there anymore. I got a TEXT back. Go to buy it, they did fill oils, gas was at .25 of a tank, we assumed they would finish detailing while I was in finance, wrong. Waited an hour for finance, I ask one of the finance men if he knew where our paperwork was, he said nope. Well come to find out that was our finance man. I told him we have had a very bad day (our daughter locked our infant in the car while we waited) so we would love to just sign and get home our kids are drained. He taps his pen and just looks at me for like 30 seconds. THEN we finally go to leave, HE REFUSED A TEMP TAG!! So, the sameman had to go BACK to our trade in car and get our tags!! Of course that took time! Needless to say, we had a prime example of what NOT to do while we were there. We will never be back, even though we love the car we got, so far, I'll look at any other dealership before I ever look there again. More
Brian, the Costco auto program manager, is dishonest and unprofessional. He claims that the Costco savings only added up to $86. The Costco program has always saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars unprofessional. He claims that the Costco savings only added up to $86. Bad communication skills. Sales mgr and sales reps will tell you just about anything to get a signature of purchase, then your terms will be the complete opposite of what was Sales mgr and sales reps will tell you just about anything to get a signature of purchase, then your terms will be the complete opposite of what was discussed. Service dept is very untimely and does not keep you informed on any updates. I have sat in the dealership multiple times 5+ hours before being told they could not service my vehicle. Just a complete waist of time and money. Not the best dealership to choose. The lot selection is just a luring tool. Take your time and research all options before here. More
This dealership deserves 0 stars. BEWARE, they will scam you! PLEASE READ THEIR BBB REVIEWS! My husband and I bought a 2021 Honda Civic on 4/26. After several hours of looking at othe BEWARE, they will scam you! PLEASE READ THEIR BBB REVIEWS! My husband and I bought a 2021 Honda Civic on 4/26. After several hours of looking at other cars, we were going to leave but the manager came over and asked us if we’d consider a car over our price range because he could work with us. We agreed. After discussing a price, the salesman, Mike, comes back with a piece of paper that says does this price work for you.. it was $27,000. The price of the car on the website was $23,500. We said absolutely not. He added in a ton of xx we told him we didn’t want. We went back and forth several times and finally the manager comes out after we were going to walk away. He took the price down to $22,500. We had $6,000 in cash to put down. We brought our own pre-approval but he said we should work with their finance team because that credit union has higher rates. We agreed and my husband filled out a new credit report. When my husband got into the finance room, the finance manager asked him about extended warranties and he stated again, we just want the car. I left my husband there to finish the paperwork. My husband was told someone would call us in 5-7 business days to see if we wanted to pick up the title or have it shipped. It’s been almost 2 weeks and NO ONE has called. However, the finance paperwork came and the car was financed for $21,000! The car should only be financed for $16,500. Ironically, we called our salesman, Mike, a few days after the car was purchased to ask him where all the paperwork we signed was. He told us it comes with the title. We’re confident the dealership added a warranty we didn’t agree upon which is why they are withholding the title and the paperwork. PLEASE SEE REVIEW FROM MARY BELOW! Her experience is EXACTLY what we experienced. We’re hoping the dealership will make it right by showing us what was added and redo the financing to the agreed upon amount. If not, we are prepared to bring our attorney in the conversation since it’s evident this is something they’ve done before. More

There is no transparenc Our car was stolen which is frustrating enough. We went to Napleton to look at a few Honda Pilots we had researched on-line. There is no transparency, and I do not trust them. I would not recommend this shady place of business to anyone. Buyers’ beware! VETERAN’S DISCOUNT – My husband who served in Vietnam asked the salesperson, Camron while we were test driving it if Napleton gives a Veteran’s discount like some of the other dealerships do. He said yes, they give a $500. However, when we went inside. we were told the car was already priced good, so no veteran’s discount. This is a slap in the face to my husband and all our US veterans. INCONSIDERATE OF TIME – On our initial visit, they made us wait and wait to provide numbers to us. This was a cut and dry deal. We were paying cash; we made it clear we did not want any add-ons. We just wanted to know what the price was. We had not eaten dinner and it was late. I feel like they just wanted to wear us down (which they succeeded). Same thing when we picked up the car. Nothing was ready (even though it had been 4 days from when we put a deposit down). We just wanted to sign the papers, pay the money and leave. We were told it was being “detailed.” We said we would leave and get a sandwich, but was told it will be ready in five minutes. It wasn’t. It took over two hours total. A storm was blowing in, and I didn’t take the time to thoroughly inspect the car. That was my mistake. FUDGING NUMBERS – When we paid for the car, Dan the finance guy, said he was going to give us Xzilon for free even though we didn’t want any add-ons (that should have been our first clue something was shady). The numbers were finagled to make it look like we purchased Xzilon, but we didn’t. They also charged us $249 for wheel locks even though they come equipped with the car we purchased. This “add on” was not included anywhere in the paperwork that was provided. When I questioned this, I was told Dan was just being kind. LOL! CARGO TRAY – When we got home (an hour drive), we noticed the cargo tray was not in the back which makes for an uneven cargo storage area. I texted, sent a picture and called and was told they couldn’t find it and suggested we buy one on Amazon. After a few more days of nagging, the salesperson said he would get one from another car for us. TITLE– We asked for the title when we paid for the car. We were told by the finance person, Dan, that it would be provided when our check cleared. We called and texted several times and were given the run around about why they couldn’t give us the title and were told we would get it 30 days after the purchase. We confirmed with our local license and title company they were “blowing smoke up you know where.” Napleton either didn’t have the title, or they just were inefficient. After we threatened to stop payment on the check, someone called me and said they would get the title to us. OVERPAYMENT – They asked us to put $2,000 down on the car to hold it, but it was not deducted from the price. I asked for the money back that same day. Four days later someone finally called and then another 3 days before we received it. I am confident if I didn’t say anything, they would still have my $2,000. PAPERWORK –When we purchased the car, I asked for the paperwork that we signed that and have asked for it numerous times. It is now over a week later and I still don’t have it. LACK OF REPONSE AND CONCERN BY MANAGEMENT - I sent an email to Tom Dempsey, general manager, explaining my concerns. It is now a week later, but no response from him. More

The dealerships office seemed to have a few challenges with locating keys and Sadiq hustled to solve the issues and keep us on track. One test drive evening involved heavy rain (only free night we had from kids activities). Sadiq ensured we still got out for some drives. Several days later during the desk negotiation, he offered some upsells. The bargaining did get a little tight but he remained respectful and goal oriented. In the end, we got to a point we we comfortable with. The items we said no to were not brought up again. Late in the documentation and closing phase there was a curve ball, and he was polite about the solution. By end of paperwork day we closed the deal. Sadiq worked hard over the course of the week. We did not overpay our personal ceiling and I believe Sadiq made something as well, so all in all a fair transaction. Recommend working with Sadiq if you can. More
