I just bought my new 2008 Malibu through this dealership's Internet department and what a Phenomenal buying experience it was. I submitted my inquiry and got an immediate response. I called my Internet Sales Rep and he mentioned that they try to work by appointment due to the fact that they will have my car cleaned, gassed and ready for an immediate test drive upon my arrival, they did just that. When I arrived my car was cleaned and waiting for me to test-drive it. I drove the vehicle, came back inside and found that the Internet Sales Manager had just about all of my paperwork filled out and got me through the entire process very quickly as I requested. I would highly recommend this dealer’s Internet Department; they completely changed my view on buying a car. Great job!!!! More
I purchased my 2002 Corvette from this dealer, and have had to see them several times for repair on leather seating. Each time the dealer made the repairs and each time it was done improperly causing anot had to see them several times for repair on leather seating. Each time the dealer made the repairs and each time it was done improperly causing another visit and attempted repair. Between damaging the seat, installing a defective cover, and incorrectly reinstalling the 3rd cover it has been trying at best. Ultimately the Better Business Bureau has been involved as well as Chevy Customer Service. Would never purchase another car from them, and they have alot to learn about proper service from other dealers like Kelley Chevrolet in Hallandale , Florida. More
