In fact, I am very disappointed with your services and diagnostics. I think I talked to you in person last week with one of the Technician and I was hoping, and also asked, for someone else, bedside the tech, to test my car. I was hoping you will test it, because the Tech, in front of you was saying that he didn't feel nothing wrong with my car. After been in your dealer for more than 7 times, testing, fixing, drooping and picking of my car. I got it back with the same problem, but yesterday...even worse. I am not a mechanic or tech, but if someone bring me a car shaking, the first thing that I'll do will be checking the wheels. Don't you think? That is what I asked, but after all this situation, i just got told yesterday that my wheels are bad. I am very frustrated with this, because I can understand the following questions. Why you charged me $120.00 (GMC told me will be $85.00) for re balance my car if the wheels are bad? Why did I receive my car after you replaced the axle with the same problem and they told me they tested and it was fine? Why the Technician, in front of you and me, admitted that he didn't know that the problem it was the car was shaking it? he said that he just got told that he had to replace the axle. Why no one tested my car since the beginning in a highway? I assuming nobody test it, because they returned my car all the time like it was fine. Why I have been hearing since the beginning justifications and arguments? After I tested my car yesterday with your wheels, the car was better and shake a little bit (For me it's fine like that) but, when they put my wheels back... my car got worse. I am just writing you this, because I believe you and the people who handle the dealer should know all this things. I am not planning to go back to your dealer never and ever again. A great service will show better in difficult situations. It is easy to provide good service in easy situations. I hope you can understand my frustration. Thanks for reading this. More

We subsequently recommended the dealership to our son and his wife....they leased an Enclave and they, in turn, recommended the dealership to his wife's parents. They (the wife's parents bought a Buick Enclave. WOW!!! Way to go Ed Morse Sawgrass...three vehicles in less than two weeks. David went over all the features of the vehicle and was very professional and easy to work with. We've already stopped by for a "pitstop" car wash...in and out in no time. GOOD JOB!!! More

From start to finish, the experience was positive and top notch! Because I live out of state, I negotiated freely prior to commiting to fly out to purchase the vehicle. I negotiated with/through Jonathan Funsch, and he was terrific and helpful. I must admit, the internet price advertised was a really good price to start (and I told them this after we agreed on a final price), and Jonathan asked me what price would earn my business. I gave him a price that would be acceptable as well as an ideal price. To my joy and surprise, he got back to me with a price that was $100 BELOW my ideal price. In other worse, he did better than the best price I asked!!! After that, David Hughes helped with the rest of the sale, arrangements and paperwork. He was extremely kind/pleasant, knowledgable, and a generally good guy. He even picked me up from the airport and made sure as much of the paperwork was done in advance before I arrived to same me time. He's even been in touch since the sale, just checking on me and the car to make sure everything is going smoothly and that I am satisfied. I can tell you that I am! The whole experience was really great. I am thrilled with my car and the price was better than anything else in the country--I looked! On a whim, stopped in to Ed Morse on the way up north to check out the finer Sierra and see what could be done, not expecting anything close to the $10k off sticker chevy was offering. Ended up buying one from David an hour later. From the moment I walked in it was a no-games, pleasant experience. I had honest, face to face contact with the sales manager (no hulking beast in a tie looming from behind a high desk constantly staring the deal down) and David oversaw all the details as I hemmed and hawed between the chevy and gmc. I walked away from the best car-buying experience I've ever had - hands down. Can't recommend the team at Ed Morse enough. David, especially, deserves high marks for professionalism and working hard to get a superb deal done. More

Our salesmen are Fran Smith and Kenny Carter and I can trust them to deliver the best deal on the vehicle I want in a highly professional manner. They are courteous and take time to make sure that my wife and I understand all the nuances of our new vehicle, assisting in setting up the Onstar, XM and wi-fi connections. They follow-up to ensure that all is well and are readily available to answer questions or solve any problems that we may have. As for servicing our vehicles, Todd Nakonechny is absolutely the best service professional that I have ever dealt with in over 40 years of purchasing GM vehicles.
