When I first purchased my Yukon Denali less then a year ago I had a major issue that was going to drag out but I didn't allow it and only after getting upset did they do it right. Now again there is a warranty issue and they again think I can just sit around and wait for them to do a warranty repair because they don't know how to schedule or take care of a customer.. My vehicle was already there once and they kept it for several days only to find out that the parts were on "Backorder" and after almost two weeks of waiting for them and not being able to use the rear gate Im told I have to drop the truck off or wait for how ever long it takes to fix which nobody can tell me how long it will be. I asked why I couldn't be next or get a loaner and I was told that there were people in from of me. HELLO I've been waiting for two weeks!!!! Go somewhere else these people just don't care.... I even asked to pickup the part so I could get it fixed somewhere else and was told "NO"... More

Purchased my Buick Encore I was shopping at a few different dealers for a 2017 Buick encore. I was in contact with Robert through email before I stopped at this location. He was great and answered all the questions I had. Robert scheduled me to meet with David Miller who showed me the trims and features of the car. He was very friendly and professional. I never felt pressured to buy like a lot of other places I visited, AND the final price was exactly as negotiated with no last minute surprises! I ended up buying the car that night and David had no issues staying late after the dealer's hours to get me set up with my new car! Great experience!! More
