Normally dealerships cant wait for the chance to reach out to clients who want to buy a car but once i replied to an email from Amber Smith and JC Flores, i was never contacted again. I knew Sierra Vista out to clients who want to buy a car but once i replied to an email from Amber Smith and JC Flores, i was never contacted again. I knew Sierra Vista in general is known for being certain kind of people but never wanted to believe it was true. Anyways, ended up finding the deal of a lifetime at one of my local dealers. Deceptive marketing practice In May, 2016, I purchased a “New” Kia Rio from Lawley Automotive Group, 100 N. Highway 90, Sierra Vista. There was no indication on the car to show what year model it was, only the lettering, “New.” No one at Lawley told me that it was a 2015 model. It was not until I was signing the paperwork that I noticed it was a 2015 model, not a 2016 model. I complained. I requested that Lawley Automotive Group make it a practice to display the model year on all new vehicles. I received no response. More
This is our second buy through Lawley Ford-Kia in Sierra Vista, and it was the least stressful buy we've ever made anywhere. We were looking for a lower priced, mileage plus, small car, with a good warranty. We looked at four cars, and decided on one in a very short time--all of our requirements were met. Our financing arrangements went very well, even better than expected. We love our new 2012 Kia Soul (alien green), and would buy again from Lawley. Nick and Chris are both assets to Lawley Ford Kia in Sierra Vista, AZ. We have had a good experience with Lawley Service Dept in the past also. More
I had a great experience with Lawley Kia / Ford in Sierra Vista. I worked with Shane, the Kia sales manager, and Dennis, the finance manager. Shane was extremely personable and accommodating. Shane walked us through their entire inventory to survey what they had that would meet my needs. Shane was up-front with us about costs and negotiating ability on the models I was interested in. He was not interested in wasting my time (which I greatly appreciate). I had my cousin with me who is extremely knowledgeable about buying cars. Shane did let us work the deal how we wanted to. Even though I'm sure it wasnt exactly pleasant for him, that was what we wanted to do. Shane and the team at Lawley worked with us on a deal that was great for me and great for them. I had a pleasant experience and at no time did I feel hassled or pressured. Granted a dealer is not out for your best interests. I get that. However, at no time did I feel Shane was trying to get one over on me. I will buy from Shane and the Lawley team any time. Thanks guys! More
