I was surprised to hear that you didn’t have the courtesy van because the gentleman retired, but you provided complimentary Lyft service. I definitely liked that since I had to leave my car behind and neede van because the gentleman retired, but you provided complimentary Lyft service. Also, Niko assisted me in my service that day and he went out of his way to find me a better coupon than the one that was mailed to me and applied it to my service. He didn’t necessarily have to do that, but he did. He was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Of course, I enjoy the complimentary hot chocolate and donuts. That’s always a plus when I have to wait. More
