I've been a loyal customer for many years, on my second vehicle with over 150k miles plus w The service department just keeps getting worse and worse. I've been a loyal customer for many years, on my second vehicle with over 150k miles plus we got the kids' car there so that's a lot of trips to the service department. I'm about ready for something new and it will not be another Honda because I won't buy a car where I can't depend on the service going forward. Today was the worst by far. When it had been more than enough time to do my oil change, I asked the service adviser what was up. He said my car was ready and he'd left me a voicemail. And hour ago. There were no missed calls or voicemails on my phone, and I was sitting right there in the waiting area the whole time, just like I'd indicated when I brought the vehicle in so all he'd had to do was poke his head around the corner. No apologies. No reasons. No remorse or regret, nothing more than a shrug and "Well, I left you a voicemail." Which he did not. Letting me sit there for an hour when the car was ready was annoying enough but his attitude was just plain rude. Edited to add, John Thomas reached out to me, which was appreciated. More

Excellent customer service I have had my leased vehicle from Ed Morse Honda for almost 3 years and their service department is nothing less than exceptional. J.C. is always on I have had my leased vehicle from Ed Morse Honda for almost 3 years and their service department is nothing less than exceptional. J.C. is always on top of what I need. The waiting area is comfortable with food and drink available along with two TVs and a child play area. Overall, excellent experience! More

He has been taking care of my 2005 Honda Accord SE edition fairly and professionally so my car i i have been working with John Thomas for a long time. He has been taking care of my 2005 Honda Accord SE edition fairly and professionally so my car is in a very good condition mechanically and cosmetically. When my car was hit behind in two years ago I went to Honda collision center for repair and before taking my car to body shop I showed my car to John Thomas. He inspected my car very carefully and added other important repairs that Honda Collision Center did not noticed, he then ordered new bar etc to be replaced and called Honda Collision Center about it.
