Worst dealer and service ever. Beware!! I bought a used Equinox from them. It stated lifetime powertrain warranty. It covered nothing. I took the car to them after making a Beware!! Gave me a worthless warranty paper. Had it less than one year. They sell junk and then refuse to fix it themselves and then their supposed lifetime warranty is worthless. After refusing to look at the car they then sent me an email wanting to inow why I was a no show for my appointment. Completely worthless dealership. More

I have a 2012 CRV and have never been to another dealership or mechanic for my car. It is way out of warranty so I don't need to use Ed Morse, however I trusted them with my car. Took my car in Apr dealership or mechanic for my car. It is way out of warranty so I don't need to use Ed Morse, however I trusted them with my car. Took my car in April, 2023 for oil change and complained that car made grinding noise when turning and wheels thumping like uneven pavement. Diagnostic stated I needed to replace differential to the tune of over $6,000, keeping my car for five days. I declined service, took to mechanic. He changed differential fluid, added an additive, and car drives like a dream, no noise or thumping. It's been over one month since going to mechanic. My advice: If you get an estimate from Ed Morse Honda, get a second opinion. In the past my rating has always been the highest for Ed Morse. More
I left my car with them for 3 days because I had some oil leaks. I picked my car up and drove it home then to work only to find is smoking and leaking still. I called the advisor and he told me to drive it b leaks. I picked my car up and drove it home then to work only to find is smoking and leaking still. I called the advisor and he told me to drive it back to them. I did but I had to stop for gas and found oil literally pouring out the bottom of the engine. Only after I senr a video of the leak they sent a tow truck. This ruined my driveway, and the street in my development. The problem was that the mechanic put a seal in wrong. on top of that the second time they got my car to repair the seal he said my rack and pinion is now leaking. when I got the quote the advisor never told me it was leaking. After speaking to the manager he said these things happen. Before I agreed to the initial repair the advisor said all my leaks would be gone. i still have a leak and I paid them $2500. I’m waiting for another phone call. More
This is the worst dealership. When I went in after reaching out to the dealership I purchased, The advisor told me the sound was in my head. As a therapist I work with people that suffer from mental health and I would never say that to them. On a test drive at pick up the car was still making the nose. I told the advisor and he said he hears nothing. I had to go to another dealership and everything was taken care of. They are definitely in need of etiquette and customer service training. More
