Diagnosed my issue with my truck wrong the first time so I made another appointment. Got the truck in for that appointment and called the next day to find out it hadn’t been looked at yet. When they final I made another appointment. Got the truck in for that appointment and called the next day to find out it hadn’t been looked at yet. When they finally looked at it, they told me all struts were bad but I wanted them to rotate my tires anyway and I told them I’ll be there in an hour, they said it would be done……it wasn’t when I arrived so the tires did not get rotated. I did not believe that the struts were the cause of my issue so I took it somewhere else. After having my truck for a half hour this other place contacted me and said it was just out of alignment and everything on my truck is very solid. They re-aligned it and it’s like driving a new truck! I will never ever go back to Ed Morse! Good thing I didn’t spend over 2 grand to replace my struts through them! More

Got over charged for the works oil change with tires rotated! went from $70 to $111! was suppose to wash our truck and never did for the 2 nd time ! The place is a mess! They are under construction and took us forever to find the place to sit where we could wait for truck! waited for 1 1/2 hr for it to be serviced!! such a mess! will not be going back to have oil changes any more! Have an appointment Tuesday but only because the part is under warranty! We have at least 4 recalls on our 2020 F150 and they haven’t got us parts on any of them! One is for the tailgate which they ordered part for it at least 6 months ago at our last oil change and they knew nothing about it or where the part was! Not going back! More
