I had an appt. and ended up waiting too long only to be told they needed to do a more thorough diagnoses and I needed to come back. They gave me some information of and ended up waiting too long only to be told they needed to do a more thorough diagnoses and I needed to come back. They gave me some information of the diagnosis done that day, but still I needed to come back. They didn’t have time to give my car a better diagnosis cause they needed to remove a/or part(s) off to get to a certain area of the vehicle for further diagnosis. I wasn’t happy with my experience. I just felt it to be an inconvenience to have to come back pay more just to get a thorough diagnosis and not have nothing worked on my car to fix any issues that it may have. More

Everyone I dealt with at the service desk and office were very friendly and professional. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation.
