Lack of communication in the service department. Had warranty work done to replace a flex plate.. The transmission had to be removed. After having this done we are now hearing a thumping noise on ri Had warranty work done to replace a flex plate.. The transmission had to be removed. After having this done we are now hearing a thumping noise on right turns. Now saying it's the lower control arm is bad but tech says he never touched it when removing transmission. Absolutely not true. He had to have removed the upper left ball joint to get tranny out. Refused to give me an estimate on work until it was "torn" apart. Any tech can diagnose that problem when it's put on a hoist which it was. We are also missing to inserts that hold the cover on the underside of the engine. I asked them to replace them. Their response was "it came to me that way and you can take it home that way". Really. Then I was told it wasn't their problem. Really?? You touched it last dude it's your problem. We will never set foot in their dealership again. An official complaint has been made to Ford Motors. Avoid this place!! More
