I had an oil change and they looked at a seat belt sensor. Oil change is always just fine. The seat belt sensor was looked at and Emily was able to get it filed under a recall which was a giant reli sensor. Oil change is always just fine. For a while I was dissatisfied with it but it's getting better in regards to communication and customer follow-up. The complimentary car wash is a plus! More

Ever since Ed Morse took over, the service department has gone down hill! The service isn't great, my car has been in the shop 3 times now and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. it took me taking has gone down hill! The service isn't great, my car has been in the shop 3 times now and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. it took me taking it to another garage to figure out what's wrong with it. I brought it back for Ed Morse to fix said issue under warranty. I got it back last week and it's still not fixed! More
