Julia was our excellent Service Advisor. Brought Camry in for Oil Change, replace Engine/Cabin Filters, rotate tires , and new Wiper Blades and was out in an hour from Service Appt at 11 am. I liked Kevin doing the tire evaluation as I waited in the car, which let me know that my tires needed replacement. My favorite Service Representative, Robert, treated me with kindness, as always. Peter helped me so, so much throughout the entire repair process. I brought my car in for a regular maintenance check and tune up. This is my sixth PRIUS I have purchased or leased from this dealer. I like Ed Morse because they do not use high pressure sales tactics and are fairly accommodating. Went for an oil change with an appointment. Almost 3 hrs later still waiting and no end in site. Take your business somewhere else. Also we just moved here and had breaks replaced by a Toyota dealer in another state a few months ago and they are telling me I need new breaks. Talk about sleezy con men trying to upsell to unsuspecting customers!!!! Will never be back and if I have to buy another car in the future my first experience here was so bad I’ll pay extra somewhere else to just not have to deal with people here ever again!!!!!!! More
Negative stars. Hit me at $4000 for a $2500 repair, told me there was no way to determine if the FOUR THOUSAND DOLLAR repair was even necessary without actually doing it. HUH?!? Robert lied to my insurance company about when they could come out and inspect my clutch he said they only had a technician that could do it today after Thanksgiving.. Robert lied and told me they didn't have a loaner car for me.. four days later I went in and talked to chacho he got me a car they ordered a part from my car they said it was out of the country turns out it was sitting in the FedEx warehouse on Clint Moore road for 5 days.. it took two days shy of three weeks to get my car back.. I bought 10 cars from Toyota in the last 15 years I was treated like garbage.. left mini messages with corporate nobody called me back the manager didn't call me back either I wouldn't let you people fix the tricycle for me now More
The WORST service center!
