I would think twice before entering Ed Morse Delray Toyota! If you had purchased or leased your Toyota, then, this is not for you. If you are not, then watch out!! They charged me $150 to check AC noise and another $150 for another noise in front. The estimator evaluated the work at $8K. The car is 2009 Camry Hybrid. I had done by a mechanics in Delray for $350!!. Then today, I have asked for a passenger visor part to replace my broken one. They priced it for $169!! no lies. I found it on Amazon for $22. I am a local, I did my homeworks and I am so glad to have found other small businesses to address my issues for way less. This place had no porter to get my car and it took 3 hours to get a maintenance check. This is just a warning. Do your homeworks if you are financially tight, if not go for it!! get ripped off. More
My service advisor Robert was able to get me in at the last moment. I was not happy that I had to bring my brand new Supra in for a repair (I did not buy the car from you) The technician was amazing, unde last moment. The car was returned to me cleaner than it was brought in. I was in and out in under an hour. Peter was my service advisor and he was very friendly, informative, and explained everything thoroughly. Very great customer service skills! I really enjoyed my experience and will make this dealership my primary location when my car needs to be serviced. I have never in my life had my car worked on as quickly as your location. I was literally in and out in no time! Very pleasant experience. 10/10 stars if I could! More
