Lowell was very friendly when I dropped my car off for an oil change. He was quick to offer to provide me a ride to my office so I can go to work. It's not only because of the quality of work or the price, it is the overall experience of going there. David Romeo, the service manager is always there to greet me with a smile, a handshake, and a warm greeting, asking me how I have been and how my day has been so far. It's such a nice feeling to have someone care that you came to have service at their work. He makes you feel like you made his day by coming in. David keeps you updated on the time frame that you will be there and is always checking on you to make sure you are ok. I can call him or show up and he has the answer to every question I have and will make sure I have the prompt and effective service possible, and that it is pleasant. He really enjoys his job and taking care of his customers and employees. I have never had any negative experiences at Ed Morse Delray Toyota, or with any of their wonderful staff members:):):) More
