I have been dealing with Ed Morse Toyota for many years, and I purchased my present Corolla from them in 2003. They were good with the price, and I am loyal to Toyota. My first Toyota was a 1989 Camry, pu and I purchased my present Corolla from them in 2003. They were good with the price, and I am loyal to Toyota. My first Toyota was a 1989 Camry, purchased in Miami, that I had for 14 years. It was beautiful, but about the ninth year started to require lots of service work. I kept it until I had the funds to purchase my present car. I generally keep a car for many years, until it is no longer feasible to retain. I did use an automobile service center in Boca Raton during the last four or five years for the Camry, because I knew the mechanic-owner personally and was pleased with the service and price. Since I have my present Corolla, I have ONLY used THIS dealership for service. I met Susan Fox, Service Consultant, many years ago and was immediately impressed with her personality and knowledge. She was extremely helpful with my latest service and I thanked her often during my visit. Fortunately, there have been two other Service Consultants that I used during her absense, and they were good, but I feel more prone to go to Susan Fox because we have a very good rapport and I TRUST HER. More

Tim Baird and Carol Busbee have ALWAYS been helpful and professional, even though I didn't buy my car there! The service has been wonderful, no long waits, each and every question answered, if for any reason I have to bring it back, they go over and above the level of superior customer service. Timothy has watched over my car, (sometimes as if it were his own), letting me know what service is needed and how the brakes, tires etc. are doing. Carol is great making sure that I get any information, and doing everything possible to make sure everything goes as it is supposed to! I would give this dealership a 150% rating if I could!!!! More
