Me and my wife bought my 2009 Toyota Corolla from here back in November 2008 and although the salesman I dealt with is no longer here I go out of my way to drive 15 miles here to bring my car in for servi back in November 2008 and although the salesman I dealt with is no longer here I go out of my way to drive 15 miles here to bring my car in for service every 6 months. When we bought the car the salesman was nice and everyone was helpful. Scott Shannon has been the guy that I see every time I bring my car in for service and he is an honest and courteous guy. He is the main reason why I continue to come back to this dealership every 6 months for service or if I ever need anything like tires for example. The dealership itself always does a good job when they service my car because I check to make sure everything was done properly later on when I get home. This alone makes me feel very comfortable coming here knowing that my car is geting taken care of properly and Scott and the rest of the staff are great. In April me and my wife went to the Deerfield Beach Toyota dealership closer to our home and leased a car for her and the experience was completely different and it was a terrible experience. Becauise of that experience we are now loyal customers of Ed Morse Delray Toyota only moving forward. More

Susan Fox is friendly, timely, and honest. I never feel as though unnecessary work is being recommended. Another plus of going to the dealership is having work space and Internet access so I can finish as though unnecessary work is being recommended. Steve Baez is the most recent example of the respectful and helpful attitude of their staff that, along with years of terrific support from Dave Romeo, convince me there's nowhere else I would want to take my car. I brought my car to have two recalls corrected. Not only were the recalled items fixed, but the fluids were topped off and the car was washed, all for no charge. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to have repairs done. The service was exceptional. I was hesitant to go at first because of an experience at another dealership that recently "found" severe repairs done. The service was exceptional. I was hesitant to go at first because of an experience at another dealership that recently "found" severe problems that I was quoted thousands of dollars to repair. After bringing it to Delray Toyota, I learned that only one thing was wrong - and, the best part, ---it was a warranty issue and I did not have to pay. The other dealership was ready to take an exorbitant amount of money from me and made me feel like my car would fall apart if I didn't have the repairs done. I am so grateful for the assistance David Romeo, Service Manager provided. Delray Toyota honestly puts the customer first! More

Toyota dealers are within 1 mile of our home, but we choose to drive the distance and deal directly with Tim Baird.
