I used to take it to an independent shop, but the mechanic always seemed to be struggling with making it right. So I switched to real Toyota service and haven't looked back. A few years ago, I started taking my wife's Lexus LS430 for service there, too. I just got tired of dragging her sedan all the way to the Lexus dealer, and then get stuck with charges beyond my expectations for simple things like oil changes and interval servicing. AT Delray Toyota I still get genuine factory service and loaners when I need them, plus it's close to home and the charges are reasonable. I now take my mom's old Lexus SC300 there for service, too. She is always treated with respect, and her vehicle runs great. My life is very complicated, so I'm grateful that Dave Romeo and his team make servicing my family's cars so easy. I am 48 years old so I have been going to dealerships for service for 25 years and this dealership by far is the best experience I have ever had. For me personally, I have been working with the same Service service for 25 years and this dealership by far is the best experience I have ever had. For me personally, I have been working with the same Service Consultant, Steve Baez for the last 3 years. Steve makes what historically has been a day that I dread into a day that I now don't dread at all. Steve is not only very friendly and has great customer service skills but most of all for me he is honest and knowlegeable. He knows what he is talking about and you can feel comfortable that he is not trying to rip you off. In fact, it is just the opposite with Steve, he tries to save me money and doesnt try to sell me services that I don't need. I trust Steve, and that is what is most important to me when dealing with a service consultant. More

Steve takes great care of me every time I come in for service which is every two months. Without Steve attending to my needs I could more easily find a cheaper more convenient service provider service which is every two months.
