Prior to purchasing my vehicle from Ed Morse Delray Toyota, I was under the impression that having a car serviced at the dealer was the most expensive option available. I'm happy to report that, at le Toyota, I was under the impression that having a car serviced at the dealer was the most expensive option available. I'm happy to report that, at least in the case of Ed Morse Delray Toyota, I was proven wrong. For two years now, I have been treated exceptionally and my vehicle continues to drive like I just drove it off the lot for the first time. The pricing has been comparable, if not better, than other auto service centers. Without a doubt, the greatest factor in my experience has been the outstanding treatment I continue to receive from my Service Consultant, Howard "Howie" Rosenberg. Howie greets me as I drive in for my scheduled appointment, asks me about my life and family and treats me as if I have been doing business with him for generations. I never feel as if I'm being taken advantage of and, as a result, often feel compelled to spoil my car at their establishment. Toyotas are reliable cars in general but, when the rare occasion occurs where I have to have it serviced, I feel safe in trusting the work in the hands of Howie and Ed Morse Delray Toyota. Each and every time, Dave Romeo and other service team members greet me with a warm welcome, explains what needs to be done and always beats 2 years.
