Susan has always done a fine job for me. I think they need to use the intercom to call clients when their autos are ready from service instead of walking around yelling. Just a thought. This was my first service since having purchased my Toyota Corolla from Ed Morse. From the time I drove up I was greeted by several employees in the service bay. Directed to my service adviser who wa Toyota Corolla from Ed Morse. From the time I drove up I was greeted by several employees in the service bay. Directed to my service adviser who was extremely pleasant and helpful. After checking the car in, I was directed to the waiting room which had bagels and coffee available for customers who were waiting. Overall the service took less than an hour (thirty minutes faster than the estimate) and was the best I have encountered in many years. Leaving my old dealer and car company for Ed Morse Toyota was the best decision! More

I was greeted immediately upon arrival.
