Mr Tim Beard is the service consultant that all dealers, regardless of vehicle should have. He epitamizes WHAT A SERVICE CONSULTANT shuld be. he does not "sell" repairs or service he takes the time to tal regardless of vehicle should have. David shows me that he knows my time is valuable and makes sure my car is serviced promptly and effectively. He makes sure I am comfortable while I am waiting and gives me updates so I know when I will be able to leave. I live over 30 minutes away but it is worth it to drive an hour round trip, to receive the kind of customer service I get at Delary Toyota. I recommend them and David, to my family and friends, regardless of the type of vehicle they drive and they all have the same amazing experience. I can't tell how many times I've had my daughters car in for service out of state and now in Florida. Dealing with David Romeo is a major plus!!! Brought Highlander in for first scheduled maintenance. Appointment was made in advance and I was promptly greeted when I arrived, which was exactly at the time of the appointment, 9AM. As always, Susan Fox wrote up the service, told me how long I should expect to wait, and asked if I had any questions. The service was completed exactly within the time frame Susan Fox had provided. Obviously Susan Fox did not do the service on the vehicle, so cudos to the service technician also. More
