I have had owned a Toyota 4Runner since 1996. When my first one was finally starting to so some age I happened to be up in the Delray area. I took it in to Ed Morse Delray and the service and experience first one was finally starting to so some age I happened to be up in the Delray area. I took it in to Ed Morse Delray and the service and experience was outstanding. Unfortunately I lived in Pembroke Pines and when it was time to buy a new 4Runner I purchased it from a dealer down south. I now live a little closer to Ed Morse but I must say I do drive by plenty of other Toyota service centers to go to Ed Morse Delray. I have found it to be well worth it to be treated so professional and friendly by David Romeo and his staff. The service waiting area is second to none, the staff there is very efficient and knowledgable. I am always in and out with very limited waiting. This has been a problem when I have went to other services centers actually closer to me. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with the service manager David Romeo. He explained exactly what was going to be done to my 4Runner and answer every single one of my questions. You can definitely understand why he is in the position that he is in. If you are ever in need of service of your vehicle give this dealership a try. I promise you will not be disappointed. More

While driving from NY water started accumulating from the air conditioner inside the car. I called Ed Morse Delray Toyota where I purchased the car and the fellow I spoke to told me it would not be covered u air conditioner inside the car. I called Ed Morse Delray Toyota where I purchased the car and the fellow I spoke to told me it would not be covered under warranty even though my Highlander is less than three years old and has less than 36,000 miles. He told me to come in the next day and that I'd be charged $49. to clean out the debris. When I visited the dealership the next day, I was told the air conditioner cleanout would be $225 and I'd be charged an additional $790 for drying carpeting and replacing padding. I declined the $1100 worth of recommended repairs, and brought the car to another South Florida dealership where they did all the work under warranty and did not charge me a dime. Ed Morse Delray Toyota ran up the charges and tried to hose me. They did not even have a record of my appointment and refused to back off their claim that the problem should be covered under warranty. I will never consider buying another car from them and will definitely never use their service department. More

I depend on David Romeo to keep my vintage Land Cruiser running great. I get my Lexus sedan serviced here too as it is closer, cheaper and friendlier than trudging to Lexus.
