There are plenty of Toyota dealers closer to my house but I know from experience (I've owned cars for the last 15 years) that not all are created equal. Dave Romeo goes above and beyond to make sure my 2013 Toyota Avalon is always running like new. I will continue to buy my cars from Ed Morse Delray because quality service centers are so hard to find. More

Was a loyal service customer until how I found out how they For the last few years since moving to South Florida I had been using the service department with a service advisor John Allsop and had little issues For the last few years since moving to South Florida I had been using the service department with a service advisor John Allsop and had little issues until my last two visits, one with my Sequoia and then with my Scion Xb. First case was a charge for a service I declined .. clearly marked on receipt that I declined the service, but it was on the bill. I paid it but was not happy about it. The second which happened last week, I had an appointment for a Scion Boost 15k service, I was a too busy and sent my wife in for a simple oil change .. I had to change the front tires due to a neighborhood slashing a couple months ago and told her no rotation and certainly no car wash in their swirl master.. I called her over an hour past our appointment time to see if she was on the way home yet and she said she was still waiting. About 15 minutes later I get a call from her from John's office telling me they want to change the air filter and give it a 4 wheel alignment. I had just checked the filter last week and it was fine so i told her to decline it as well as the 4 wheel alignment as my family has been in the tire business since there have been wheels and tires and I did not notice any unusual wear. When I got home from work, I found the estimates for the air filter on my desk and couldn't believe they even tried to sell this to my wife ... "air induction special air filter" is what they called it ..and the price ... remember this is for a Scion Xb .. $139.95 ... !!!! Are you kidding me!! A K&N which is the highest rated for a race car is only $45 ... then I looked up the Scion specs and community forums and my cousin who is a Master Mechanic specializing in front ends and alignment, and found out that that the rear is not adjustable unless you use a special aftermarket kit which is not even advised. Basically the rear track is not adjustable ... but for $69.95 ..they can tell you they can.. this is outright FRAUD !!! Do you really think the mechanic or "Tech" Jean Francois should have tried to upsell these items on a 1 year old car ? or is it John in the service advisor? Either way they have lost a loyal customer and I would warn anyone looking for Toyota Service to try elsewhere! More

Service Department Nightmare I purchased a new Toyota and was recommended by Toyota Corporate to go to this dealership. I had my vehicle there twice, and to my dismay they did not I purchased a new Toyota and was recommended by Toyota Corporate to go to this dealership. I had my vehicle there twice, and to my dismay they did nothing to satisfy the issue. However they did cause great aggravation and insulted my intelligence by informing me that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle when i know that there is. I first met with Chris Sheehan, and he was very nice and tried to be helpful.On my second time in which was 3 days later I met with Chris Allsop who explained what the situation was and even knew what the problem was with my vehicle, but chose to inform me that nothing was wrong according to his standard. After speaking with a case manager at Toyota they suggested that I make a 3rd appointment with Eric in service, so they could open a technical case which they were supposed to do but never did.. This service adviser did not even have the decency to return any of my phone calls. I left 7 messages over the course of 4 days to make an appointment. If you want good customer service at a dealership that strives to take care of there customers. DO NOT GO TO ED MORSE. Its very frustrating to buy a 33000 car that you don't even have for a month that has been in service 6 times at 3 different dealerships. More

He welcomes me and treats me like I am his only customer:) David truly cares about his customers and his staff! Even when I was living in Jupiter, I would drive down to Delray for service. My mom drives over an hour and a half from Port Saint Lucie in order to have her Toyota serviced! My cousin drives an hour to get her Toyota serviced here as well! I will always go here and I recommend Delray Toyota and David Romeo to everyone I know:) More

I called David Romeo at 4:30pm - he walked me through everything I needed to do, and assured me we would be a priority today - Labor Day - a holiday of all days!! I was able to get a friend to jump start me so I could get my vehicle and 6-year-old son home! It wasn't pretty - that battery had seen its day. This morning, David contacted me to advise he was sending a tech to my home to replace my battery. I have NEVER had a dealership, let alone a service manager, treat me with such CARE!! The tech, Prat arrived and completed the installation within 15 minutes!! He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable! David followed up with me to be sure everything was handled and we were up and running again. I really cannot say enough about the wonderful service we receive from your dealership. David is a diamond and should be treated as such!! He treats us as if we are his own family, and sees to it this mom is never stranded!! THIS is why I travel from Coral Springs to Delray without hesitation. Your service!!! Wish there were more than 5 stars!!! :-) Thank you for ALWAYS treating us like family!
