The service department under the leadership of Dave Romeo is the epitome of how a service department should operate. Dave is honest, reliable, and trustworthy, something you don't often find in this industry. The quality of work is exceptional and wait time is very reasonable. IPM Recall and General Maintenance I researched any potential issues based on messages on my '10 Prius, called Toyota in advance to do a little research and ultimately they linked me up I researched any potential issues based on messages on my '10 Prius, called Toyota in advance to do a little research and ultimately they linked me up with Ed Morse Toyota Delray where I set an appointment with John Allsopp. Mr. Allsopp made it very clear to me in the beginning that he'd shoot me straight, and all of which was done. The issue I showed up for was indeed covered under warranty and I addressed some other routine stuff (battery, cabin filter, oil change, tire rotation, etc.) as well. Any applicable coupons that John had available to his use, were applied. He kept me very informed every step of the way as to what was being done to the vehicle. The service on my vehicle was top notch as well. I have a Dodge/Chrysler dealer within 5 minutes of my house but will always drive the extra 30 minutes as a result of the service I get at Delray Toyota and David Romeo. Thank you once again!!!!! More
