I told Steve he marked it on the work order. They changed the faulty ones with new windshield wipers at no cost to me. Also a bike hit my rear bumper and left a black mark. Steve said he would look at it. He not only looked at it, but used something to remove most of it. He is a very dedicated worker and is very professional and an asset to your dealership. More
