Frank Latino, VIP specialist, recommended that I upgrade to a 2018 Corolla and the main selling point for me was that it would have additional safety features. He was truly a professional and his desire to make my experience the best really shined through. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner and my short wait was comfortable in the waiting area. Toyota Satisfaction I came in Saturday to the service section with a small problem and it was handled immediately by "John" who says he is new at Toyota. Previously my r I came in Saturday to the service section with a small problem and it was handled immediately by "John" who says he is new at Toyota.
