Came in for service but left with a new car For my 2016 Corolla I had a new service representative, Chris Burns, who seemed fine and to whom I would want to return for my next service. Frank Latino, VIP specialist, recommended that I upgrade to a 2018 Corolla and the main selling point for me was that it would have additional safety features. He was polite, cordial, and knowledgeable and I felt very well taken care of. .I would give him an "excellent" rating and I thank him and everyone on the team. More

Employees made me feel as Nothing but a great experience at the service department. From the minute I pulled in, I was greeted with a smiling face. Employees made me feel as if I were the most important customer in the place and David Romeo took care of all my service needs. He was truly a professional and his desire to make my experience the best really shined through. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner and my short wait was comfortable in the waiting area. I spoke with several people while waiting for my car to be completed and heard nothing but good things about the service department. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that needs to have their vehicle serviced. More

Toyota Satisfaction I came in Saturday to the service section with a small problem and it was handled immediately by "John" who says he is new at Toyota. Previously my r I came in Saturday to the service section with a small problem and it was handled immediately by "John" who says he is new at Toyota. Previously my regular service adviser was John Alsopp who I was told retired in January. Anyway, the new John was a big help, so from now on I'll ask for him. Except I don't know his last name. More
