Good and fast service Been coming here for 17 yrs. Mike Baldassarra has been taking care of me since Tim left a few years ago. However, when Mike was no longer there I have Been coming here for 17 yrs. Mike Baldassarra has been taking care of me since Tim left a few years ago. However, when Mike was no longer there I have to say I was shuffled around and my service was not up to par. Sooo happy Mike Baldassarra is back. He’s the best!!! They did not have me listed on that day. whomever I spoke with graciously found room and fit me in. The service person I had was Alex Guitierrez (sp?) I was treated like family. My experience was a great one and I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Service nightmare continues We brought my son's new Prius in for a recall repair a week ago. The job was supposed to take one day. He went out of town the next day. They botch We brought my son's new Prius in for a recall repair a week ago. The job was supposed to take one day. He went out of town the next day. They botched the repair and fried his car's computer. He ended up driving my car out of town for his first big job interview--undue stress. They gave us a loaner and told us the car would be ready the next day. On Friday, having never heard from dealer, I drove there at 6 p.m. to pick up his car. Car was not ready. Our rep. (Brad) was nowhere to be found. I packed up the loaner and headed home. I left my walker there in the process. Yesterday (Monday) I called the dealer in the morning (8 a.m.) and left a voicemail. Having not received a reply I called again at 11 and left a message with receptionist. At 11:30 the service manager, Steve, called me back and said the reason for the delay was that they had to order the part (no explanation as to why they waited till Monday to do so). He told me the car would be ready today (yesterday) and that they would call me when it was. I asked about my walker and he said that he would "ask around" and also get back to me on that as well. No call. No car. No walker. The saga continues...... More
