Good manager The manager greeted us with a smile and was hands on because whoever took our appt. by phone did not put us into the schedule at 12:30 and they were a The manager greeted us with a smile and was hands on because whoever took our appt. by phone did not put us into the schedule at 12:30 and they were all busy. He explained to us why our service light was on. We needed a tire rotation not an oil change. We had a coupon so it cost us nothing. The manger was kind and courteous. His helpers seemed to ignore his request to get our car upon completion. Felt sorry for him. They seemed lazy but the manager was heads up all the way! See you all in Feb. 2020. More

No Confidence Not confidence in service. Came here for service for my 2017 Sienna. Beginning was good; friendly, nice waiting area. Last year came in for service Not confidence in service. Came here for service for my 2017 Sienna. Beginning was good; friendly, nice waiting area. Last year came in for service, someone swiped my multi wrench from my tool bag in the back. While not more than $50 that is offsides. Last visit they took coupons - why?! When car acted up, checked under the hood and found battery corrosion that service never touched. Checked tires and all were low and not even same pressures. Doesn't look like they actually serviced the car - maybe spent the time looking for what they could take. Called service manager Michael - his view was to act like a lawyer and deny - he "never" heard of anything being taken, maybe the battery went bad in the last couple hundred miles, maybe the tires are bad too. No effort to assist the customer. Avoid. More

Meanwhile I got to know many of the senior age customers in the waiting area, who turned out to be a lot of fun. (It seems all the younger customers have super glue on their phone fingers.) The visit was normal, which is what I want...I don't need exceptional, excellent, best-ever, or any of that nonsense, just common sense explanations, advice, and service. Rich with the name I cannot remember (it's unusual) was very good and he didn't grovel for 10's or anything else. He's a decent guy. I hope to see him next time. Thank you. More
