Never going back after 25 years. During a regular oil change/tire rotation service was told 2/4 tires were down to 1/10 tread wear. They were purchased at this dealer less than 1 year ago and had less t change/tire rotation service was told 2/4 tires were down to 1/10 tread wear. They were purchased at this dealer less than 1 year ago and had less than 20,000 miles. No help from the service agent, Chacho (was told this was the service manager) or some "tire guy" in Miami who works for Ed Morse group. I was asked to pay (approx. $200 per tire) prorated for replacing? THESE WERE a $1500 set of Michelins. After my own refusal to pay and a lot of phone calls. Found out ED MORSE DELRAY TOYOTA IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED MICHELIN DEALER. Authorization doesn't blanket to all their dealerships. Was sent by Michelin to have the vehicle tires inspected elsewhere and they were deemed FINE. 7/10 tread wear when the dealership reported 1/10. This is not a mistake but rather an appalling disparity and sign of Ed Morse dealerships bad service behavior and lack of customer care. Then I'm blamed for my driving, acceleration, Florida heat, etc. ? Ludicrous. It's the 3rd set of tires I've had on the vehicle: 2 sets previously lasted upward of around 40,000 miles each and one set was purchased at this dealer. Same driver, same vehicle, garage kept, highway miles, all regular servicing done at THIS LOCATION. Again, 25 years of history, I am done. Have called, sent a letter, NO replies from anyone except someone emailing to SELL ME A CAR? Family owned? They sure wouldn't treat their Mom this way. More
Unacceptable service agent. Brought car in for first service. Should have taken 1-1.5 hours max. After sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours I went in to ask why it was taking Brought car in for first service. Should have taken 1-1.5 hours max. After sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours I went in to ask why it was taking so long? Robert Amato told me he just got the paperwork and to come sign off. Didn't review the paperwork, almost pushing me out the door. When I arrived home there was a voicemail on my phone from R. Amato informing me the car was done. He left it 2 hours prior to my inquiry. So...he lied about the car just being done. Unacceptable!!! I have been with Toyota since 1991 and this is the first time I've had a negative experience. More

Radiator leaking after cooling system serviced.no prior leak I bought my 2004 Camry from Ed Morse and have had it serviced exclusively by Ed Morse since purchased with the exception of battery replacement. My c I bought my 2004 Camry from Ed Morse and have had it serviced exclusively by Ed Morse since purchased with the exception of battery replacement. My car was serviced there 5/7/20 and the service representative suggested that my cooling system be serviced since it was dirty and he did not want the car to overheat. I agreed. They kept the vehicle overnight from about 10am to 11am the next day. After driving for the first time post repair, pink fluid (radiator) fluid was splashing out on the ground, also a razor blade was left on top of the engine, the hose that connects to the air filter was not attached and a hose clamp was loose. I called the service dept and have not received a callback. The customer relations director called after I left a negative survey review, she offered to Bring the car back to correct the issue. Delray Toyota has had my car for over 24 hours, no service manager has called to tell me why the radiator leaked post repair or give me the status of the vehicle. I have spoken with the customer relations director 2 times today and left 2 messages asking that my vehicle be returned to me so I can get it repaired correctly. She does not know the status of the vehicle because the service manager has not communicated with her. This is the second negative post repair issue I have had with Delray Toyota. Last year a power steering leak was “repaired” and post repair the power steering leak was major, much worse. I was told that it was another hose or gasket. I do not trust Ed Morse Delray Toyota with my car anymore. The technician who worked on my car either didn’t know the product, did a poor assessment, did no post repair check or doesn’t care. I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me and I have no information as to what was or wasn’t done. More
My car’s AC was not working. A representative checked my car and I was told that to fix the AC would cost me over $2,000 and another problem that I supposedly had would cost over another $2,000. I drove my car and I was told that to fix the AC would cost me over $2,000 and another problem that I supposedly had would cost over another $2,000. I drove my car to a friend’s mechanic who told me that my AC just needed more freon. The cost for this was $100. I am very disappointed with Ed Morse Toyota and I will think twice before going there again. More

Needed a light reattached Thought I might need a new genuine Toyota part— but the service department was able to put the light back together and saves me lots of money.
