I generally hate dealing with car dealerships and salesmen so I was not looking forward to the process of shopping for a new car. This dealership was different. There were no high pressure sales or pushy salesmen. Terry Gorman and Ed Berkholz were extremely patient as I looked at different vehicles and honestly encouraged me to take my time. They really appeared to want me to get the "right" vehicle. Ed started to feel like an old friend that I could call for car advice. He even gave me his personal cell number so I could call him if I had any questions or couldn't get the technology set up right. I couldn't be happier with the experience especially since I was initially dreading it and was prepared to dislike him from the get-go. If you hate car shopping and car salesmen, like I do, you should definitely give this place and these guys a chance. More
