Arrived at the dealer in Brandon and the person who made my appointment over the phone mistakenly gave me an appointment in the Tampa dealer. I have always taken my car to the dealer in Brandon which I live close by. My usual service rep Michael Pullaro saw me and came by to say hi and asked who was I there to see. When I told Michael he looked up my appointment and saw that they scheduling department made a mistake and had me going to Tampa instead of Brandon.
