I take very good care of my car and absolutely trust Eric to give me the truth on what is wrong or what needs fixed on my car. The service work has been spot on every time. Eric knows what he's talking about and is able to explain the problems to any one on any maintenance-knowledge level. I know the service technicians take very good care of my car. This service department is great but there is no replacement for an awesome worker like Eric! Frances is always super nice and pleasant as well! More

My FIAT was serviced by Elliott. He did a superior job and I couldn't be happier! He was friendly and went over and beyond in servicing my car, my car was cleaner than when I brought it in! There was absolutely no hassle, I 100% was respected as a female and not taken advantage of like many service departments. I WILL ALWAYS come here for an oil change, and any other FIAT owners should as well. Best oil change ever, no sketchy up-sell, it was a dream come true. Thanks for the wonderful, legitimate service! Charge for parts but did not install part I was completely convinced that I had bought a lemon from them, only to find out that they were falsifying descriptions to charge for unnecessary serv I was completely convinced that I had bought a lemon from them, only to find out that they were falsifying descriptions to charge for unnecessary services and parts and in my case never even installing the part. All the while suggesting that I give in and buy a new car. I finally had to pay another facility to do the repair and that facility found that the FACTORY ORIGINAL PART WAS STILL ON THE CAR. If they are doing this to me they are doing it to a great number of others. More

This is my second time having to go through this arduous process, and sadly can not recommend Ed Morse FIAT service. More
Sales is wonderful, Service is the terrible Buying the car was pleasant and easy. But when something breaks look out. I was told it would take a week to replace a broken plastic body part on Buying the car was pleasant and easy. But when something breaks look out. I was told it would take a week to replace a broken plastic body part on the car. This was to be done under warranty, but since this dealership does not have a body shop they had to send the car out. It took 4 weeks to replace the part. The only way I was able to get an update was to Drive to the dealership. 80% of my Phone calls were not returned, since the car was at a different dealership - the 2 dealerships did not communicate I went days with no update. I got the car back with 90 more miles on it and less fuel. They didnt trailer it to the other 2 different dealership used to get the car fixed. During this process they chipped the windshield, I noticed this 1/2 a mile away from the dealer and went back. I was informed that my options were to leave the car longer for them to call out a glass guy. Or I could claim it on my insurance and the person they work with would come to me.. I was Not given the option to we have the dealer pay to have a repair person come to me and fix it. I then get the car home and open the rear hatch, the 3rd dealership in Clearwater - Evidently the Only dealer in the Tampa St Pete area that can remove and install glass; had left loose/broken fasteners in the rear hatch . So now there is a rattle in the hatch. I was not offered a rental or replacement during this ordeal, and have no confidence this or any of the local Fiat dealers can repair the two new issues that have occurred while the car was under their care. More
We have been to ed morse a few times with our saturn outlook and everytime Carlos gives us superior customer service. my wife and I really like that when we visit ed morse carlos always takes care of outlook and everytime Carlos gives us superior customer service. my wife and I really like that when we visit ed morse carlos always takes care of us because he know the history of our vehicle and he knows our family. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about car repair and he is constantly educating us about our car. He always calls us to keep us informed about repair status and accurate timelines for completed repairs. What ever we need Carlos take care of it: rent cars, a ride back home, or just a cup of coffee. Carlos makes it happen!!! Not just one time but everytime we need repairs( about 4-5 times in the last year). I can't say enough great things about Carlos. He turns dreadful car repairs into a more pleasant experience. I never write reviews, but he has been doing such a good job for us for so long that I felt guilty about not writing. Carlos definitely deserves this praise. I gave the highest rating possible because I have always been satisfied with the expertise of Eric and James when it comes to the needs of my car. I prefer James to work on my car - he is a very good mechanic. I also enjoyed working with Fred, he sold me my new Saturn Ion in 2006, he also has great knowledge of the business.
