I didn't need any work due to the check engine light, after computer analysis but after review of scheduled maintenance items, I ordered some routine maintenance which got done promptly even though it was not included in my scheduled appointment. Gave him my name and she confirmed what I was there for. She also gave me an estimated time of completion and if there was anything I needed and informed me where I can wait for my vehicle. While I was waiting she checked to see if everything was okay. Then she came back and tell me my vehicle would be completed ahead of the estimated time. Got to say this made me very happy LOL. Excellent service once again! I called about the rubber weather stripping and made an appointment to have it checked out. I wondered if the part was under warranty, which it was. I then mentioned that the battery had died and I replaced it. I found out it was under warranty and needed to return it. My service advisor arranged to have an employee drive me to Apollo Beach to return the battery. The driver and service advisor were amazing. when I got back with my dead battery, my service advisor said it needed to be checked and then it would be replaced. More
