I have been a customer of Saturn, now Brandon Automall since July 1994. I first meet Eric back and Tim Radice back then. Eric is very professional, personable, courtious, and has great knowledge of car pr since July 1994. I first meet Eric back and Tim Radice back then. Eric is very professional, personable, courtious, and has great knowledge of car problems and suggestions. I gave the highest rating possible because I have always been satisfied with the expertise of Eric and James when it comes to the needs of my car. I prefer James to work on my car - he is a very good mechanic. I also enjoyed working with Fred, he sold me my new Saturn Ion in 2006, he also has great knowledge of the business. He as the other employees go out of there way to please the customer, and that is why I am still a customer. Keep up the great work! Sincerely, Diane Terhune More
I have recently been searching for a reliable used automobile with no success and a lot of disappointment. I pass Brandon Automall frequently and asked my wife to give them a call. Our wonderful exp automobile with no success and a lot of disappointment. I pass Brandon Automall frequently and asked my wife to give them a call. Our wonderful experience with Ray Blanco began when she was connected to him, gave him info. as to price and general type and size of car we were looking for. We decided to visit and meet with Ray within the next few days. Much to our surprise, Ray called again the same day and mentioned a car he thought we might be interested in and gave my wife lots of information about it. We ended up going to see the car the same day. It was a really great car! Everything Ray had mentioned about it was correct and true and we spent lots of time with him while he answered our questions, provided us with lots of documentation and we took it for a test drive. No disappointment there. Ray was respectful, helpful and had a great sense of humor. There was no high pressure salesmanship, no one annoying you. Just a very pleasant experience. Ray made what is usually a stressful situation very easy. And we really appreciated that. All of the employees were very friendly and nice. The dealership itself was beautiful. We were offered refreshments and felt very comfortable there. We have received follow-up e-mails and mail from the dealership expressing a helping hand with anything we require and hope we had a positive experience. Yes, it was. I would go back there in the future to do business with Brandon Automall and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a car. Peter Biebel More
After a few weeks of long tiring hours and days of searching for a car, and feeling like I was being pushed and misled, made to feel stupid and humiliated, I was ready to give up. But we had one more searching for a car, and feeling like I was being pushed and misled, made to feel stupid and humiliated, I was ready to give up. But we had one more dealer I was going to try, which I had prefferred not to go to, I personally did not like this particular type of car manufacturer. I accidently went the wrong way, and my daughter had noticed AutoMall at the Ed Morse Cadillac, well I knew those cars would be out of my range, but had thought it was the same dealer that we thought was located at another location that had closed up. Anyway, we had decided to look and found a few nice clean cars and the prices were right on them, no hidden anything. Not like most of the other dealers. As we were looking, the salesperson came out and out of a reaction from previous interactions with other salespersons, we automatically got ready for a hard time, following, too many questions, how much money did we have, all things I wanted to answer at my own pace, as is my questions. I did not want to waste time test driving until I knew the numbers could be worked out. But with the car I purchased, and many others, I knew it was already way below what I was anticipating to spend,,, first plus for you guys...2nd plus, the way we were treated by the salesman, Ramon Blanco Jr., he treated us like he would want to be treated, not from a salesman point, but as a future owner of one of his vehicles, like they were his own. He looked at this as if he were a buyer and what we needed, not what we could give him. I felt like if I were to say no, that he would understand, maybe ask if we were sure, but absolutely no pressure felt. Honestly, I wish all salespeople were as considerate as he was, he was professional with a sense of compassion of knowing that its stressful enough to purchase a car or any big ticket item, but combined with being a female, I feel that he also took that into consideration, not like many other local big name dealerships that I had dealt with, been called stupid, or ignorant for not knowing all the details of an automobile that I had no intention of buying but it was being forced at me as if it were my only choice. Ramon, answered what he could about the Vue, which I knew nothing about, but he talked very detailed on as much as he knew about this car, and what he did not know, he would find out for me, and this was all prior to actually having any type of agreement in place. Once the agreement was in place, he walked us through everything, step by step, WOW, not like here sign, sign, sign, without allowing us an explanation or reading it. If more salespersons can be like Ramon, then maybe salespeople would have a better reputation. Maybe he could teach his technique to other sales people. I feel lucky to have gotten him for our salesperson, if I hadn't I may not have a car yet, and I do now, and I love it, happy with it, and I have had questions since then, and Ramon has taken the time to answer them or get us help on the issue. He has also helped us get the crack in my windshield fixed ( still waiting on the company to come out) but he did get us in touch. I met a few more people from Ed Morse, which were almost as nice, but we did not get to spend as much time with them. You had many extra perks, such as internet, (great), complimentary drinks and use of phone and tv. Not a big deal, but when you spend all day looking, its nice. We were made to feel at home. Thank you Ramon, and thank you to all who work with Ramon at Ed Morse Cadillac. Sincerely, Donna Ciarlone and Alisabeth Soto More
Ray was an excellent sales person to talk with, he answered our questions and if he was not sure of the answer he researched the answer instead of just making up somthing that might not be true. The o answered our questions and if he was not sure of the answer he researched the answer instead of just making up somthing that might not be true. The overall deal was onducted in a professional manor and no pressure to buy was ever expressed. Thanks again to Ray and the Dealership on a pleasant car buying experience. More
I would highly recommend Brandon Auto Mall. Great service, great prices. I was in and out with a mint condition used vehicle in no time. Mr. Lichtey was extremely friendly and prompt.
