I picked out what I wanted to test drive and he had them waiting for me when I arrived a few days later. We were in and out within a few hours. He was knowledgeable about all the vehicles he showed me and we ended up getting a great deal on a used Murano with very low miles. My son has had it for 2 months now and loves it. It is the perfect size for him and it gets great gas mileage. Alan went above and beyond to make this super easy. 5 Stars for Alan and Evan in finance. More
