Poor Sales Fulfillment Damaged My Credit Score I hate to do this, but I am having to change my review for this dealership. I have been battling a credit dispute due to their finance team not payin I hate to do this, but I am having to change my review for this dealership. I have been battling a credit dispute due to their finance team not paying off my trade until it was 30 days past due and hit my credit report. My credit dropped about 100 points due to this. Despite reminding their team almost weekly to send in the payment, it took them months to do so. I have received a letter from them which they sent to the Kia Finance, but I am still waiting on this to clear up after months. I have wasted hours of my time on this, and don’t feel they have put the emphasis to resolve this dispute which seems appropriate considering their mistake. Once this is resolved, I’ll likely change my review. But I expected them to be all over this and instead I feel that I have been forgotten and in their mind the job is done. This is something that may end up costing me a large amount of money if I do end up having this on my credit with no resolution soon. I was very happy when I drove off the lot, however, they failed to complete the transaction and now I am highly disappointed. I hope nobody else has to deal with this, it has been extremely stressful and disheartening. More

He kept us informed on what was happening, was knowledgeable and could answer all our questions about the vehicle we were looking to purchase, a 2017 Maxima. Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything, which was nice. The finance dept at the new car Nissan side was great as well. Found us the best rate, didn’t pressure us to buy anything extra, and made it quick and easy to complete the purchase! More
