Our salesman, Todd Sands, did a very nice job handling our purchase and answering many questions about the vehicle. Absolutely no high pressure, which is actually what we wanted. After the purchase, we had a couple questions about the technology in CRV and Todd answered our concerns immediately. We actually stopped by the dealership to change the door locking system and Todd assisted us himself. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ed Martin Honda. I have been receiving emails from Orlando at Ed Martin for several weeks as I've been researching for a new vehicle. After submitting two additional inquiries I received an email from him asking for a res for several weeks as I've been researching for a new vehicle. After submitting two additional inquiries I received an email from him asking for a response to his emails or wanted to have me removed from their automated email system. So, I responded and asked what they could do on a 2017 Elantra, gave him the info about what was left on my car, etc. This morning I received an email from him, which started like this: "You are a funny man! This car is online for the entire world to see and you want to know what we can do?" Seems like a pretty unprofessional and condescending thing to say to a potential customer. Needless to say, Orlando just lost any potential sales from me. I'd steer clear of Ed Martin. More
