He was accommodating and transparent with us, which we appreciated. He, as well as Dawn who works in their finance department, stayed way past closing to help us finance and get our car ready to take home that night. Meanwhile I'm working with 4 local car dealers who have gotten down to all the details without stepping foot in. Your reputation is important and referrals are important, but the disrespect I received today will be the end of our relationship at Ed Martin Honda. Don't waste your time. I found the car online and finally decided to go for the test drive. John didn't pressure me, but had an offer for my trade in ready when I returned. I wanted time to consider whether I wanted to purchase this car or another I had test driven. A few days later, John emailed me and we negotiated the deal quickly. When I went to pick up the car, it only took an hour and I was out the door. I have to say an hour and a half is MUCH better than what I expected it to take. They just want your money. Probably good if you buy a NEW car but don't ever buy a USED car here unless you're paying a good amount for it. I bought the worst car ever and they sold me this "piece of mind" warranty that doesn't cover any of the issues i have experienced so far. It's all a load of bullcrap. You might think I rated this poorly just because they did something I did not like, that's exactly what happened! Think again before you buy your next used car here, they will advertise it for 6000 dollars and make it 11,000 during the financing process. Horrible dealer make sure you get an attorney when you need to bring your car into service under the warranty THEY sold you. More

Great service center We live 2.5 hours from Indy. We were in town for the weekend and our Odyssey was not running well and had warning lights on. We took our van to Ed M We live 2.5 hours from Indy.
