Poor after sale service / communication I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler in 02/19. The salesman told me he had the factory floor mats as well as the rear cargo floor in the detailing area. Needing a new car after my accident. I got into a car accident last Sunday during the snow storm. I needed a new car.
