Most of the transaction took place online and over the phone My salesman, John Goodpaster, made the entire process fast, easy, and painless. I was so glad that I didn't have to spend countless hours at the deal My salesman, John Goodpaster, made the entire process fast, easy, and painless. I was so glad that I didn't have to spend countless hours at the dealership. I was able to send pictures and other needed information via text as to the cars that I wanted to trade in. I then found the car that I wanted to purchase on-line. John was able to put the entire deal together and relay that information to me before I arrived at the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was able to test drive the car and then meet with someone in the business office to complete the transaction. All in all the process at the dealership took less than an hour. I love this way to purchase a car. The next time that I purchase a car I will return to John Goodpaster at Ed Martin.
