It was a great experience and even though I live in Muncie I anticipate returning to your dealership for service when needed. Your staff are all very friendly and helpful from sales, finance, and service. Very glad we decided to come there for our new TRAX (which I LOVE!).

They deducted $4000 because of the CarFax because they didn't know what the damage was. We were at the table doing the deal when we got the news.

Again, I apologize it happened. There is no way they should have deducted $4000 for minor cosmetic damage. The Carfax clearly shows that it was minor cosmetic damage and nothing structural.
