When I arrived Amy at the service desk greeted me by name; she had the paperwork ready for my visit. Amy took me out to check my car over to be sure everything was in good shape. I had a question about tire rotation which Amy answered. The waiting room is clean and you have a large choice of free coffee and snacks, including fresh fruits. My vehicle was ready when promised and the lady at the checkout desk was very friendly and answered a couple of questions I had about the paperwork. I am glad you have free WiFi also.
