Carol provides top notch service! Carol went above and beyond to take care of our family when our car was needing work for over two weeks. We have 3 kids all in car seats and we needed Carol went above and beyond to take care of our family when our car was needing work for over two weeks. We have 3 kids all in car seats and we needed a loaner because my husband travels for work. There are very few loaner cars that can fit 3 car seats and Carol made sure we had one not knowing the fix for our car would take two weeks. This dealership has the best service department and it is the only reason we drive from Noblesville to buy our cars here. Thank you Carol! More

Sold me a lemon Bought a used 2010 GMC Acadia from this dealer last Monday. Noticed that when I hit a bump that the backend fishtails. So Saturday I texted the salesm Bought a used 2010 GMC Acadia from this dealer last Monday. Noticed that when I hit a bump that the backend fishtails. So Saturday I texted the salesman about the issue who refers me to call the service department. They made me an appointment for tonight which is Monday evening (a week since the car left their lot). I was told that to start that my rear struts are leaky and need replaced for $468! They refused to cover the costs of this repair due to me not buying the extended warranty and because this isnt a “safety issue”! My vehicle fishtailing isn’t a “safety issue”?!? They sold me this vehicle with leaky struts and refused to fix the issue! I could understand if it was three months down the road, I wouldn’t expect them to cover the repairs but one week?!? They don’t care about the quality of vehicle they sell as long as they sell them. Horrible dealership and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! I will be sharing this with everyone I know and will continue to write reviews of this dealership elsewhere in the hopes that I can save someone else from buying a lemon vehicle from this dealership! More
